Returns Policy


You have 14 days after receiving your item to process a return, and a further 14 days to return your item once processed through our portal. You are responsible for any payments due to returning the product.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Trailberg is not responsible for your returns until they land at our warehouse, so any lost returns will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be given on return shipments.

Depending on your shipping carrier, it may take some time to receive your return or exchange, so please bear with us. We will try to process this as quickly as we can.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please add a note confirming your order number, preferred exchange style and size. Once your return is with us, we can then process and despatch your exchange.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Klarna Returns

Your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice period will be shown on your invoice. If you've returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and the date that your payment is due is near, we'd recommend that you mark the item as returned on their website or portal. 

You'll automatically receive a reminder if the date that your payment is due passes. 


If you've received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact Klarna Customer Service. 

If you're waiting for your refund: you'll get an updated invoice once your return has been processed by us. You'll receive your refund within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.


Please note that Klarna are independent payment companies and Trailberg has no influence over whether your payment is accepted or not.
